He was born on August 21, 1966 in the city of Kharkiv.

In 1987 he graduated from the Gorky Higher Military Construction Command School.

From 1987 to 1991, he served in the Armed Forces in the Far East, took part in the reconstruction of Armenia after the 1988 earthquake (Kirovakan, now Vanadzor).

In 1996 he graduated from Lviv State University named after I.Franko, qualified as a lawyer.

From 1996 to 2015, he worked in various positions in law enforcement agencies - investigator, forensic prosecutor, deputy prosecutor, judge.

From 2015 to 2016, he was the legal adviser of Akrilan-Coaching LLC.

From 2016 to 2017, Head of the Legal Department of CJSC "TKO "Mechanics".

From April 2020 to 2023 – Head of the Legal Department of DBK LLC.

From August 2023 to presetnt - Director of LLC RSS
